I'm thinking about some changes that are coming to my life this fall. I've been wanting to give more time to writing, composing, and performing music. My plans to accomplish this include reducing some hours in my work at Lake Avenue Church, moving to a part-time position that focuses primarily on instrumental music. This gives me time to work alongside the musicians at my church (a great privilege of my life), accept some new commissioned pieces, collaborate with friends in other areas, as well as teach and coach the younger generation.
